About Me

I am Mandeep Singh, Partner – HR, AI & Data Science, and the host of India HR Guide.

My work focuses on advancing HR strategy and helping organisations understand, implement, and meaningfully leverage AI and Data Science within people functions. The objective is to strengthen people processes while preparing organisations for the realities of AI‑enabled workplaces.

Over the course of my career, I have worked across both consulting and corporate environments, with experience spanning Vodafone, MetLife, Aviva, BMR Advisors (now part of KPMG and Deloitte), and Naukri.com.

My areas of work include HR Strategy, HR Technology, HR Audit and Due Diligence, Talent and Leadership Development, Rewards, Diversity, and HR Tech transformation.

Beyond organisational advisory work, I serve as a Trustee of HRhelpdesk Trust and have co‑led a national campaign with UN Women and the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India.

My philosophy on managing people assets is grounded in the belief that individuals inherently want to succeed. When organisations create the right enabling environment, people thrive.
